It’s a new year, one we were all excited to finally see. What better way to ring in a new year than to celebrate an exemplary employee of the month?
The first employee of the month for 2021 is the Director of Operations, Scott Lewis.
On December 25, an explosion rocked downtown Nashville, Tennessee, taking out some AT&T communications services, including phones and internet at the CDP data center in Frankfort, Kentucky. Due to Scott and his team’s quick actions (and general awesome factor), they were able to fail back to the backup internet source without a loss in service to clients. As always, Scott kept communication open, honest, and up to date between CDP and our clients, as well as with senior leadership within the company.
According to Stan Cochran, CDP CEO, Scott absolutely deserved to be recognized for his willingness to “jump on the Christmas day outage to ensure our systems remained functional for clients. His leadership and communication were critical to ensuring our systems stayed online.”
