I hope each of you had a good weekend despite the conditions we are living under. We had nice weather in Kentucky and many of us took advantage to go outside, do yardwork, or exercise. At this point I am unaware of any of us contracting the virus – I am thankful and hopeful we will continue to stay healthy. It does seem likely we will continue in this social distancing, lockdown, isolation mode for some time to come. As the days and weeks go by, we may find it hard to stay focused on our work. Although many of us work from home on a permanent basis, the distractions from the news and concerns about our families can have a toll on our spirits. The thing that keeps me going is the knowledge the work we do is important to our society and fellow citizens. These people need the services and expertise we provide now more than ever. I hope you will join me in staying positive and productive this week and in the coming month.
